Hai cách nói: fluent in + ngôn ngữ (She is fluent in French) hoặc speak fluent + ngôn ngữ (She speaks fluent French).

• Although my mother tongue is Vietnamese, I sometimes dream in English.Dù tiếng mẹ đẻ của tôi là tiếng Việt, đôi khi tôi mơ bằng tiếng Anh.

xoay xở được (biết vừa đủ để giao tiếp)

Nghĩa chung: xoay xở, sống qua ngày (về tiền bạc…); ở đây là đủ để giao tiếp.
